Meet Andrea

Andrea initially signed up to attend a volunteer orientation. She didn’t know that there was an open position within Path that was the perfect fit for her skills, background, and heart. It was clear that she was the right fit from the beginning. On her first day as a volunteer an incredible kid at PATH (Dayana H.) changed her mind immediately. After just one afternoon as a volunteer she knew she wanted to become a full-time employee! She has been the third to fifth grade Site Director at Gwinnett Estates in Loganville since May 2021. Her initial career choice was to be an elementary school teacher. After three years she decided to stay home with her kids and run an in home childcare center for 6 years, until they all went to Kindergarten. She loves working with children and families at PATH. Andrea’s passion and excitement for her work is contagious! Her husband Joel worked in missions and loves the community piece at PATH. Her daughters Chloe and Hayden both have a heart for Jesus and people and they love this life as much as their mama:) Gwinnett Estates will ALWAYS be their home away from home
